Darwin is always cheerful and professional, demonstrating outstanding customer service and attention to detail as he manages his daily responsibilities. He responds to a high volume of internal and external requests quickly, and if he doesn鈥檛 have the answer, he will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. He has one of the most challenging jobs at Pipeline, interacting with vendors, managers and physicians to ensure that they get their questions answered and their invoices paid as timely as possible. Darwin is our Accounts Payable Manager for the 黑料社 system. He is tasked with many expectations in his role鈥攈e is an advocate, a negotiator and a manager. One of the most important qualities that Darwin has is his ability to communicate and put situations, personalities, and characters at ease. His ability to navigate through complex requests and often stressful situations with a consistent 鈥渃an do鈥 customer service attitude makes him stand out as an Exemplary Employee. His is a stand-alone job in our organization, and he plays a large part in our day-to-day operations with minimal visibility yet pivotal impact on our patients, staff and vendors.
